Follow the below steps to get the integration for your LiveChat.
Connect LiveChat with Octoboard
- First, log into your Octoboard account and navigate to the CONNECTIONS section.
- Click ADD NEW LOGIN.
- Select LiveChat from the list of available applications. Then, click NEXT at the top right.
- Select metrics that your’d like to connect to your Octoboard dashboard. Click NEXT to proceed.
- On the next screen you need to connect your LiveChat account.
- On the next screen you need to connect your LiveChat account.
- Finally, click SAVE AND CONTINUE to preserve your configuration and settings.
That’s it! You can now present your chat data in an easy way and share it with your team.
