Add LiveChat to your Tilda website and start helping and converting visitors using our robust chat widget. The installation only takes a few minutes.
To add the LiveChat chat widget to your Tilda site, follow these steps:
Log in to your Tilda account. Edit the website you want to add LiveChat to.
Go to Site settings.
Choose More from the menu on the left.
Click on Edit code in the HTML for head-zone section. Leave this tab open, as you will need it in step 7.
Now, log in to your LiveChat account and go to Settings > Channels > Chat widget.
Copy the LiveChat installation code.
Go back to your Tilda account and paste the LiveChat installation code.
Click on Save.
Finally, republish all pages.
That’s it. When you refresh the page, the chat widget will appear in the bottom right corner. If at least one agent is online, your customers will be able to start a chat straight away.
