Join us in revolutionizing the customer service industry through Text Intelligence. We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer who is proficient in JavaScript to join our Technical Support Team. Your role will involve both frontend and backend development, utilising your practical experience in Node.js and Next.js with React.

What you'll do:

  • Work on an AI support application responsible for supporting internal and external communication handled by L1/L2 teams.

  • Implementing new features in our CRM to increase efficiency in L1 and L2 collaboration.

  • Actively developing and implementing tools to improve support processes.

  • Providing support to other team members based on your experience, specifically in the realm of planning.

  • Crafting robust code using Node.js and Next.js with React.

  • Maintaining transparent communication and effective collaboration within the team

  • Making critical technical decisions independently to maintain tight product cycles

What we're looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Node.js and Next.js with React

  • Proven record of generating high-quality, well-tested code

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively

  • Capability to work autonomously and make crucial decisions promptly
